Our story
Tripnep is a travel company based in Kathmandu, run by Nepalis who grew up with the Himalaya on the horizon. We organise treks, cultural tours and jungle safaris across Nepal, from the classic trail to Everest Base Camp to quiet valleys that see only a handful of travellers each season.
Four promises behind every trip we run.
Government-licensed guides trained in first aid and altitude awareness. Guides and porters are paid fairly, insured, properly equipped and never carry more than 20 kg.
Gradual ascents with proper acclimatisation days. Guides carry a first-aid kit and pulse oximeter, check on every trekker daily and put your health ahead of the top.
Small groups for personal attention and a real connection with your guide and the communities you visit. Every trip can also run privately on your dates.

When you book with us, you deal directly with the people who plan and run your trip. No call centres, no middlemen: just a small team that answers your questions personally and stays in touch from your first message until you fly home.
Locally owned teahouses, local food and local suppliers. We ask travellers to leave no trace and gladly share how to support community projects on the way.
