Yes. Your policy must cover trekking to the maximum altitude of your trip, including helicopter evacuation and medical treatment.

Choose a trip, pick your preferred start date and send a booking request. We check availability and confirm within 24 hours, together with the payment details.

Yes. You can move your trip to a new date free of charge up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability.

Cancel 30 days or more before the start date for a full refund of what you paid, less bank charges; 15–29 days before for a 50% refund. Less than 15 days before, or no-show: no refund. See our booking terms for details.

Yes. Every trip can run as a private trip, on the date you choose, for solo travellers, couples, families and groups. We are also happy to create tailor-made itineraries.

Absolutely. Many of our travellers come on their own. Restricted areas such as Manaslu need at least two trekkers; we can pair you with another traveller on the same dates.

It depends on the trip. Each trip page shows a difficulty level, the maximum altitude and daily walking hours. If you can hike for 5–6 hours with a light daypack, most of our treks are within reach.
