Our commitment
Tripnep wants everyone to be able to find, choose and book a trip on https://tripnep.io, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology.
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA: some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard. They are listed below.
The website runs on Tourtify, which builds its booking pages, checkout and traveller account to that standard and tests them automatically and by hand. Among other things:
- every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link;
- text and controls meet the 4.5:1 colour contrast ratio in every theme, even after the colours are customised;
- pages work at 200% zoom and on screens 320 pixels wide without scrolling sideways;
- forms have labels, explain errors in words and announce them to screen readers;
- the seats held during payment can be extended before the time runs out;
- motion stops when your device asks for reduced motion;
- pages declare their language, including right-to-left languages such as Arabic.
Known limitations
We are not aware of parts of this website that fail the standard. Content from other services that we embed, such as videos, maps and reviews, may not be fully accessible. Tell us if you find a problem.

The website relies on HTML, CSS, WAI-ARIA and JavaScript to work with the browser and assistive technologies you use. It is designed for current versions of common browsers and screen readers (such as VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack).
